Process Requisitions
Location:
The Process Requisitions screen shows all the requisitions in the application, including requisitions with an Incomplete status waiting for more data to be entered. The archived requisitions can no longer be processed on the Process Requisitions screen, but they can be searched via archive search.
The user will be able to see all the requisitions in the application in his/her Process Requisitions screen, if his/her user profile has Process Requisitions, All Requisitions enabled. If only Process Requisitions is enabled in the user profile, the user will be able to see only the requisitions he/she has saved in Process Requisitions.
Select the requisition status in the Status drop-down list:
- Incomplete: requisitions that are awaiting completion of data.
- Saved: requisitions that are incomplete or not started in workflow.Note: Rejected or Waiting requisitions are not shown for the Saved status.
- Rejected: rejected requisitions.
- Waiting: waiting requisitions.
- Removed: requisitions that have been removed after saving. Deleted requisitions will remain in the application for two months after deletion, after which they are deleted permanently.
- Processed: requisitions with all normal processing steps completed.
- Ordered: requisitions with the Order step completed.
- Received: requisitions which are marked as received. In this case, the ordered items on all the order rows of the transaction have been marked as received. The Received state also shows the transactions that have been manually closed by the user during the Receipt step when one or several items have already been marked as Received in the transaction.
- Matched: requisitions that have been matched. In this case, all the received items on the posting rows of the transaction have been marked as received. The Matched state also shows the transactions that the user has manually closed during the ordering step, as well as the transactions the user has closed during the Receipt step without marking any received items for the transaction.
- All: all requisitions.Note: Incomplete requisitions and removed requisitions only appear if you select the state as Incomplete or Removed respectively.
If the requisition is in Ordered, Received or Matched state, it cannot be removed. Nor can the requisition data, the order rows or the posting rows be changed. When such a transaction is opened, Save; Save, Accept; and Delete buttons are shown in gray. If you want to remove a transaction or change its data, the transaction first needs to be reverted back to one of the processing steps preceding the Receipt step. If the transaction has already been marked as received once or several times, the receiving must be canceled before returning to the previous step. If the transaction is matched, the matching must be canceled before returning to the previous step.
The transaction's Save and Save, Accept and Delete buttons are shown in gray also if the requisition transaction has been locked and neither of the following rights have been enabled in the user's user profile: Requisitions, locked item changed, processing or Requisitions, locked item changed, no processing.
