Defining Interface for TYVI report

For the generation of the TYVI materials, a company specific interface must be defined for each company on the Interfaces page, specifying the directory and the file, to which the application generates the material to be sent for the relevant company. When you establish interfaces, you must select Company as the settings level on the Interfaces page and create a new interface for each company.
  1. Click on the Interfaces button.
  2. Select the company.
  3. If an interface has not yet been specified for a company, click New and name the interface (for example Tax Authority - TYVI).
  4. Select ASCII as the interface type on the Basic Data tab.
  5. Specify the following data on the Files tab:
    • File: directory and file name. The directory has to be set up before outputting the TYVI report. Also, it has to be accessible for the installation server of the application.

      For example, the files can be named as follows:

      C:\tyvi_aineistot_2009\tyvi_yritys1.dat, 
      C:\tyvi_aineistot_2009\tyvi_yritys2.dat
                           
    • Description File: Tyvi.xml
    • Conversion file: Tyvikuluraportti.xslt
    • Character Set: ASCII-7
  6. Click on Save.
