Transfer Log
Location:
A log is kept about transactions transferred to and from the application. The Transfer log opens automatically when a user makes, for example, a transfer of transactions for payment or archives transactions manually. The Transfer log markings of scheduled operations are examined by opening the transfer log from the
menu.In the Transfer log, among others, transfer time, user, company, number of items, sum, and transfer status are marked. The transfer status can be either OK, Check, or Error. If the status is Check or Error, you can see the description of the error in the specifications of the Transfer log. Open the specifications by clicking on the link in the Time column. Successful transfers can also have a specification.
- For example, upon reading the suppliers, the specifications can mention the rejection of the data of a single supplier, even though the reading as a whole succeeded.
- The transfer log specifications of invoices that have been transferred to the payment system include a link to each transferred invoice.
- The transfer log specifications of reading electronic invoices include an invoice specific breakdown of invoices that have been read and a link from each invoice to the relevant invoice file, through which you can open or save successfully or unsuccessfully read electronic invoices from the Rejected and Recognized folder of the application server. For more information, see Authenticity of Electronic Invoices.
Transfer log transactions can be filtered by date range, user, organizational level and entry type. For example, entries pertaining to the reading of electronic invoices can be viewed by selecting "Purchase Invoices, Electronic Invoices" in the Data field. The User, Organizational Level and Data settings are saved as the user's default values for the next time. The current day is always applied as the default limiting factor for date ranges.
Company Limit
The user can view in the transfer log the transactions of companies whose rights he/she has. To certain Transfer log transactions no company data is saved at all. These transactions are presets that apply to all companies, such as the sending and archiving of e-mails. A user must have system level company rights to view all transactions in the Transfer log, including those transactions that do not contain company data.
Even if a user does not have the system level company rights, he/she can still see those system level entries in which he/she is mentioned as a user. In this case, All must be selected in the Company field.
Also the electronic invoices whose reading is timed produce a notification in the transfer log without company details, when the electronic invoice is not associated with a purchasing company. From the notification link, a breakdown of unassigned invoices is shown. When e-invoices are assigned to a purchasing company, each company will receive its own report of e-invoices that have been downloaded.
