Processing Travel Plans

In the Process Travel Plans screen, you can view all the travel plans in the application, including Incomplete travel plans that have been saved as incomplete. The archived travel plans can no longer be processed on the Process Travel Plans screen, but they can be searched via archive search. The Status menu on the Process Travel Plans screen contains the same options as the Processing Travel Claims screen.
The user will be able to see all the travel plans in the application in his/her Process Travel Plans screen, if his/her user profile allows Process Travel Plans, All Plans. If the user profile allows only Process Travel Plans he/she will be able to see only his/her own travel plans in Process Travel Plans.
The data of saved travel plans can be edited after saving. The posting dimensions on the Create Travel Plan page can be edited until the travel plan has been associated with a travel claim, or until an advance paid to the account has been automatically posted.
