Save Payment Settings

A user can store his/her bank account number and social security number on the Payment Settings screen. The travel claim sum is paid to the bank account on file, and the social security number is used upon creating the travel expense report for tax authorities. Data can be edited later. The social security number can only be edited if the user's user profile includes the right to edit social security numbers.

The domestic account numbers can still be entered in the old national format. The application automatically converts the entered account number into the IBAN format, if the account number has been entered correctly. The application automatically forms the BIC code on the basis of the entered account number. For this reason, the BIC code cannot be changed. If the BIC is not obtained automatically on the basis of the account number, then it can be saved.
