Posting Transactions

Click Post in the transaction posting section.
Note: In the user profile settings, it may have been determined that only certain user groups have the right to post the transaction.For more information on posting, see Posting Settings.
- Post the transaction, or complete or edit the transaction posting. A transaction may have been already posted either partially or completely in an earlier processing step. A transaction may also have been posted automatically upon saving. Rows that have been highlighted with a red background do not conform to input rules. Check the posting policy from your company’s internal instructions.
- Save the posting by clicking OK. You can also lock the posting by clicking on Lock Posting. In this case, only persons who have the right to edit locked postings can edit the posting.
