Processing Limits of Workflow Steps
You can enable the processing limit checks for individual processing steps. If the processing limit of a processing step processor is not sufficient, the transaction is transferred, according to the processing limit settings, to his/her superior, or to another specified processor.
The Users' processing limits are specified in the
screen.Note: At first, a transaction is always in the Task List of the original processor for processing. When the user processes the step and the processing limit is surpassed, the user gets the following notification: "Your processing limit is insufficient to process the transaction. The transaction will be transferred to a processing limit backup person for processing." After this, the transaction appears for processing in the Task List of the specified processing limit backup person.
If a processing limit backup person has valid absence settings defined, the transaction is transferred to the backup person of this person for processing.
