Calculation of Daily Allowance

Location: Travel and Expense Claims > Create a Travel Claim and Travel and Expense Claims > Creating a Foreign Travel Claim

The application automatically calculates daily allowances on the basis of the route and duration of the trip after the basic information and the travel plan have been saved. The data for the calculated daily allowance can be changed by selecting the row to be changed.

  1. Click on the Calculate Daily Allowance button. Daily allowances are updated in the Expense Rows section.
  2. If you want to modify the calculated daily allowance information, click the link in the Expense Type column of the row you want to edit. The data of this row becomes available in the editing space.
  3. Edit the data and click Save or Delete, if you want to delete the entire row.
