User Log

Location: Settings > Logs > User Log

All the changes to the user data, user profiles and organization structure are saved in the user log. Only those changes to the organization structure that apply to the user are recorded in the user logbook.

It is possible to view itemizations of the user log. If itemized data regarding the change transaction exists, the Time column on the User log screen is displayed as a link. The itemization of the change transaction in question opens up through this link.

User log transactions can be filtered by date range, user, entry type and organizational level. The User, Type and Organizational Level settings are saved as the user's default values for the next time. The current day is always applied as the default limiting factor for date ranges.

Upon displaying transactions in the User Log window, the rights for companies and company groups for the user browsing the transactions are taken into account. The user can only browse the modification transactions that the user is entitled to see. The user sees only data for those users in the logbook, who have exactly the same or fewer rights for managing users as he has. If the user has system level rights, the user can see all entries in the Modification Log.
