Import Payment Feedback

Location: Settings > Other Settings and Materials > Import Payment Feedback

The Import Payment Feedback function enables importing payment feedback material generated by external payment software into the application and assigning the feedback to purchase invoices, travel plans, and travel and expense claims that have been transferred to payment. It is only possible to assign payment feedback to transactions in flow. It is not possible to add payment feedback to archived transactions.

Tip: To ensure that transactions are not archived before importing the relevant payment feedback, it is possible to configure transactions to be archived only after payment feedback has been read. For more information, see Archiving Delays.

Payment feedback can be imported into the application via an interface manually or according to a schedule. The feedback is assigned to a transaction by using its unique Transaction identifier.
