Changing a Locked Transaction
In the User Profiles () this right can be located on the Functions tab under the name <Transaction Type Name>, editing locked, no workflow (you can edit a locked transaction without resubmitting it to the workflow) and <Transaction Type Name>, editing locked, workflow (editing a locked transaction will cause the transaction to be resubmitted to workflow).
