Processing the Transactions of a Task List

Location: Workflow > Task List

A user can see from his/her Task List which transactions must be processed. On the Task List, transactions that have been forwarded as notifications to the user are shown. If the due date or the save date is shown in red, the transaction must be processed immediately in order for all processing steps to be completed in a timely manner.
Tip: You can also review transactions that have been processed earlier by selecting Old in the Transactions menu. The list contains transactions that were previously processed in workflow or rejected.
  1. In the Transactions list, select the options Waiting for Processing or For Information. The requested transactions are shown on the screen. Simultaneous processing of transactions is blocked in the application, so that if the same transaction is being processed by another user, it is locked and others cannot process the transaction.
    • If you move from one transaction to the next on the task list using the Next or Previous buttons, and you are approaching a transaction that is locked for another user, that transaction will be skipped and you will move to the next transaction.
    • If there is no free transaction left in the Task List, the screen changes back to the List view.
    • In the Task List, locked transactions have a Lock symbol to indicate that the transaction is currently being processed by someone else.
  2. Choose from the list the desired transactions and click on the link in the Transaction column. Transaction Processing page is opened.
  3. Click Accept or Accept, Next. The transaction status change is updated in the Workflow section.
Note: The approval of a transaction received as Informative Flow does not affect the transaction processing, but it is marked in the Workflow.
  4. Start to process the next transaction by pressing Next or return to Task List by clicking on Return.
